	FREE PICK UP- OUR CUSTOMERS LOVE THIS SERVICE Depending on how much you have we’re usually able to get all or at least most of your larger items in your one free load. This is especially handy if you are moving yourself and not using a removalist. This service is very popular for people decluttering their homes for sale, apartment moves, archive storage and small home moves. You will be suprised at how much we can get on. We get in and help you load and unload, unlike other companies that only supply a Truck and Driver. We also help you pack your storage unit so you get efficient use of space and do not pay for more space than you need. We can also swap sizes on the day to suit if the space you have booked is either too large or small. We use felt pads to protect your furniture and Trolleys to make it easier. If you’ve been putting off storing because it’s to hard to move then this is for you! Within a couple of hours your goods will be stored and locked away. See below for conditions. FREE TRAILER HIRE* - MORE ADDED VALUE Every Customer that stores with us has the opportunity to use one of our purpose built furniture trailers free for 3 x 1/2 days (thats $120.00 worth). The Trailers are 8ftx5ft fully enclosed (so no tarps) fitted out with rails for securing furniture. To make your moving experience easy we can also supply you with a Trolley, 5 x felt blankets and 2 x ropes free of charge. The trailer is also available if you need it more than 3 times at $40.00 for 5 hours and $65.00 for full day. See below for conditions. Free Pick Up Conditions One Ute and Large Furniture Trailer load is free, you need to bring the remainder yourself during opening hours by either your own transport or you may use the trailer for free (see trailer hire conditions) We do not do extra loads. At least one male of reasonable physical ability to help at your premises to load and to unload at Hills Storage. We supply one man. Weekdays only. No responsibility is taken for damage to goods whilst being loaded, transported or unloaded. All care is taken with furniture pads used on timber furniture and white goods. We are not Removalists. Bookings essential. All furniture must be brought to the front of premises for as quick and easy load times as possible. Minimum 2 Month booking. Maximum distance of travel determined at time of enquiry. *Free Trailer Hire Conditions A minimum 1 Month storage is required to utilise free trailer hire. Bookings Essential. For use for moving goods to and from Hills Storage facilities only. A maximum of 3 x 1/2 day uses per customer. Hire charges apply after this time ($40.00 for 5 hours / $65 for Full Day / Full Day Hire only on a Sunday) . Trailers must be used and returned within office hours, no keeping overnight. Insurance Excesses apply in the event of damage to trailers. All trolleys, blankets and ropes must be returned with trailer. Maximum distance of travel determined at time of enquiry.
